Lo-Fi Games is seeking a Managing Director to help shape the future of the studio while the founders stay focused on crafting Kenshi 2.

We’re a fully independent studio based in Bristol, UK, best known for Kenshi, the hit sandbox RPG, and now deep into the long-cycle development of its sequel.

This is a non-traditional executive role where you'll be hands-on and close to the work while keeping the company aligned, healthy, and moving forward.

The right person will be low-ego, delivery-minded, and committed to protecting our Life > Work balance while helping the team do its best work.

This is a hybrid/office-based role with regular travel to our central Bristol office, so please only apply if you are local or able to commute comfortably. Relocation support may be available for the right candidate.
